What forms of payment do you
accept? We accept cash
or checks.
Does it take a special license
to install fireplaces?
Yes. Not every licensed construction
company is permitted to install
fireplaces. It is very important to
use a licensed and professional
company. This will insure the
installation is safe and reliable. |

Who is responsible for obtaining the
necessary permits for the construction or
installation? We handle all
the permits and applications. We have
years of experience working with City
Inspectors. We understand their requirements
and exceed their expectations. |

What are the
payment terms? We require a
50% deposit when we start work. The
balance is due upon completion of the work. |

What is a Construction Lien?
A Construction Lien is a security interest
in the title to property for the benefit of
those who have supplied labor or materials
that improve the property. We attach a
construction lien onto the customer's
property until the job is finished and paid. |

Do
you provide a written estimate?
Yes. We provide a written estimate for the
materials and the labor. Occasionally,
prices might change or increase because of
unexpected circumstances. In the event we
encounter such a circumstance, you will be
immediately informed about the occurrence.
Also, our estimate clearly defines the work
work we intend to perform. If you change or
modify the design, the estimate might also
change. We are happy to discuss any changes
or enhancements you feel are needed. |

What does it
take to get an estimate? You
call our office at (310) 561-5374. We
will schedule a convenient time to visit
your home or office to discuss your needs.
If you have already purchased a fireplace or
stove, we will only discuss the
installation. If you have not
purchased a fireplace or stove already, we
will bring various catalogs and design ideas
for your consideration. We bring the
"Fireplace Shop" directly to you.
Please consider in advance of our arrival
what you want. Please have any design ideas
or pictures available. We are also
happy to provide suggestions and creative
ideas. Since we are a licensed General
Contractor, we can assist you with other
projects. |

Do you work on
weekends? Do to high demand
for our services, we prefer to also work on
weekends. Please let us know about
your schedule and expectations. |
